Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for our flagship products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and UX designers, to define product requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code using modern programming languages.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Engage in continuous learning through our structured 2026 mentorship and technical training tracks.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and help shape the future of our tech stack.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date in Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or C++).
- Familiarity with web frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
