Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexability, and site speed issues.
- Optimize site architecture and internal linking structures to enhance organic search visibility.
- Implement and manage schema markup and structured data to improve search engine understanding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SEO best practices into web development cycles.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain top rankings.
- Analyze web analytics and performance metrics to generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in Technical SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic for complex websites.
- Expert knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO analytics tools.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic server-side scripting (PHP/Python).
- Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, page speed optimization, and mobile-first indexing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be currently based in or willing to relocate to Fort Worth, TX.
