Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize data for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Perform statistical analysis and create predictive models to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant government regulations.
- Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience working within the DC government or consulting sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
