Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles (IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Data Science).
- Utilize Boolean search techniques and social platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub) to source passive candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone and video interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates within the DC metro area.
- Provide market feedback and salary benchmarking insights to the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency roles.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions efficiently.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
