In this position, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to closing offers, for high-demand roles in the technology and engineering sectors.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT, Engineering, and Administrative roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and social media (LinkedIn, Indeed) to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates in the Kansas City area.
- Client Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing market insights and staffing solutions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct phone screens and in-person interviews, providing feedback to hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends to anticipate hiring needs and advise clients on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or executive search.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Kansas City, MO office (Hybrid model available).
- Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Network: Strong existing network of contacts within the Kansas City technology and engineering community.
- Goal-Oriented: Track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly placement goals.
