Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume recruitment strategies to fill critical technical roles in Philadelphia and beyond.
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure both cultural and technical fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent through active sourcing.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates successfully to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and manage data.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in staffing agency or corporate recruiting environments.
- Strong understanding of technical roles (Software Engineering, IT, Data Science, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
