The Role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Apex, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from identifying talent through to closing offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and build robust talent pipelines in the competitive LA market.

Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub) to identify passive candidates.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver high-quality candidates.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability in Los Angeles and beyond.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate technical interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps, QA).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- ATS Proficiency: Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Drive: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and recruiting quotas.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Los Angeles office or be fully on-site for client meetings.
