Responsibilities
- Source and vet senior-level software engineers, DevOps specialists, and data scientists
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline across 15-20 concurrent requisitions
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and culture fit
- Drive diversity initiatives through targeted outreach and inclusive interviewing
- Maintain 95% fill rate for hard-to-fill technical roles
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in Seattle's tech ecosystem
- Proven track record placing candidates in AWS, Kubernetes, or ML/AI roles
- Expert knowledge of Greenhouse, Lever, or other modern ATS platforms
- Strong network of 500+ active engineering professionals in Pacific Northwest
- CSM or Technical Recruiter Certification preferred
- Ability to assess technical depth through whiteboarding and system design challenges
- Experience with remote/hybrid recruitment models
