Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT.
- Source passive candidates through advanced Boolean search and social networking platforms.
- Conduct thorough technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure consistent delivery.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and client needs.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environment.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions within tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
