Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to identify qualified candidates for open technical positions.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates to ensure consistent business growth.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and improve time-to-fill.
- Represent the company at local industry networking events and job fairs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles (Software Engineering, IT, Data, etc.) within a staffing agency or high-volume recruiting environment.
- Strong understanding of the Phoenix, AZ job market and technical skill sets.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
