Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and prepare comprehensive job match reports.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for temporary and permanent placements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to provide market insights to both candidates and clients.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies to increase market share in Memphis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency with ATS software and sourcing tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet aggressive deadlines.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
