As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our business development and client satisfaction strategies.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Screening, interviewing, and assessing technical skills of candidates to ensure a perfect fit for client requirements.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of active and passive talent.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Providing market insights and salary benchmarking to clients.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles (DevOps, Full Stack, Java, Python, etc.).
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
