In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment—from sourcing and screening to closing top talent. You will build a robust pipeline of candidates and play a pivotal role in our growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (IT, Engineering, Finance).
- Build and maintain a strong network of passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct market research to identify salary trends and competitive advantages.
- Nurture relationships with candidates and clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
