Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse part-time and temporary positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and hiring managers
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including onboarding and placement
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate tracking and reporting
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Attend local job fairs and networking events to expand talent pipeline
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Tucson's job market and local industries
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs
