- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Analyze market trends to refine recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with team to fill 15-20 part-time roles monthly
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with social media sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- High school diploma; HR certification preferred
