Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Sourcing: Execute comprehensive search strategies to identify, engage, and secure top-tier technical talent for open requisitions.
- Immediate Hiring Focus: Prioritize and accelerate the hiring process for critical contracts, reducing time-to-fill by 20%.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with passive candidates and key market leaders to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct rigorous technical and behavioral screenings to ensure candidate quality and cultural fit.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends in Columbus and broader tech hubs to advise on compensation and talent availability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within the technology sector.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), including full-stack, cloud, and data engineering.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate offers and build rapport quickly.
- Tools: Comfortable working remotely with high-level video conferencing and collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
- Location: Must be authorized to work in the United States and based in or willing to commute to Columbus, OH.
