Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking events, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand evolving business needs and market trends.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for successful hires.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports to management on pipeline status and hiring goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of filling open positions and meeting hiring quotas in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team setting.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
