Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social recruiting, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and market compensation trends.
- Manage recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly reporting.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends in the Carolinas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the IT or Engineering sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully closing high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
- Expert proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical skill assessments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a high degree of professionalism.
