Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech forums during night hours
- Screen technical profiles and conduct virtual interviews with developers, engineers, and DevOps specialists
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for contract-to-hire and direct-hire placements
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and candidate criteria
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to track pipelines and ensure compliance
- Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for immediate and future openings
- Provide weekly reports on sourcing metrics and candidate conversion rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with focus on engineering/IT roles
- Proven track record of placing candidates in .NET, Python, cloud, or DevOps positions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to conduct technical assessments
- Proficiency in Boolean search strings and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut)
- Experience with ATS platforms and compliance documentation
- Ability to work independently during night shift (8 PM - 5 AM EST)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
