Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interview logistics
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed market insights
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate onboarding
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to placement)
- Strong knowledge of Washington's labor market and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Certification in HR or Staffing (SHRM-CP or CTP preferred)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
