Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and applications to identify top talent for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews with candidates.
- Post job openings on multiple job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client hiring needs.
- Provide feedback and updates to candidates regarding their application status.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
