- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 startups and established enterprises
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and candidate assessments
- Negotiate competitive offers and ensure seamless onboarding experiences
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable hiring insights to clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with IT/engineering roles
- Proven track record of placing specialized tech positions (DevOps, Cloud, AI)
- Expertise with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics
- Strong understanding of Atlanta's tech ecosystem and talent landscape
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
