In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for critical technical roles, from identifying passive candidates to negotiating offers. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and helping our clients achieve their strategic hiring goals.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical roles, including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and DevOps professionals.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social networking, to identify passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet technical and cultural requirements.
- Manage client relationships, conducting regular business reviews and understanding hiring needs.
- Negotiate compensation packages and close offers with top talent.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives.
- Track recruitment metrics and report on pipeline health to leadership.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing agency operations.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles within a specified timeframe.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical skill sets (Java, Python, AWS, etc.).
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
