Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals across Texas
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 high-value technical roles simultaneously
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Conduct technical interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to assess cultural fit
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates in competitive Austin market
- Negotiate offers and ensure seamless onboarding for placed candidates
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/FinTech companies
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and Boolean search techniques
- Proven track record placing engineers in Austin's competitive tech ecosystem
- Deep understanding of full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML roles
- Strong stakeholder management skills with C-suite and engineering leadership
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
