Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize advanced search strategies and social networking (LinkedIn, GitHub) to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and workforce needs.
- Screening & Selection: Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Offer Management: Guide candidates through the interview process, negotiate offers, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities in the San Jose tech landscape.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly performance reports to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the staffing or agency environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, languages (Java, Python, C++, etc.), and engineering methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions to diverse audiences.
- ATS Proficiency: Expert level proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Networking: Proven ability to network effectively and generate own pipeline of candidates.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in San Jose, CA.
