Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing top technical talent (Software Engineering, IT, Data, etc.).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social networking, to build robust talent pipelines.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and in-depth technical interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and career aspirations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their evolving staffing needs and company culture.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
- Manage candidate pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources (IT/Engineering focus preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in full-time roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is a plus.
