Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech forums
- Conduct technical interviews and skill assessments for software engineering roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with 15+ tech companies in RTP
- Utilize Greenhouse and Lever ATS to track KPIs and optimize pipelines
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Mentor junior recruiters on technical evaluation methodologies
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with SaaS/enterprise clients
- Expertise in Python, Java, or cloud infrastructure recruitment
- Proven track record placing 50+ candidates annually
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse/Lever preferred)
- CompTIA Security+ or AWS Cloud Practitioner certification
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for client meetings
