Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate skills against job requirements
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system data and recruitment metrics
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment workflows and candidate experience
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Bay Area tech sector
- Proven success in placing software engineers and technical specialists
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever preferred)
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and tools
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant work experience
