- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Conduct technical interviews and assess cultural fit for high-stakes positions
- Optimize applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and reporting metrics
- Lead diversity initiatives to build inclusive technical teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with a staffing agency or tech company
- Proven track record placing engineers in cloud, AI, or fintech roles
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate relationship management
- Advanced knowledge of Minneapolis tech market and talent landscape
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise ATS platforms
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate engineering skillsets
