Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for high-demand technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists)
- Leverage Boolean search techniques and niche platforms like GitHub and Stack Overflow to identify passive candidates
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for emerging technologies including AI/ML and cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and optimize interview processes
- Manage applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) compliance and data-driven reporting
- Represent the agency at tech meetups and industry conferences to expand candidate reach
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT staffing
- Expertise in sourcing niche technical skills across full-stack, mobile, and cloud domains
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
- Strong understanding of Miami's tech ecosystem and local talent market dynamics
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
