Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior engineering roles across AI, DevOps, and FinTech
- Develop strategic client relationships with 15-20 key tech companies in Greater LA
- Analyze market trends to position compensation packages that win talent wars
- Mentor junior recruiters while optimizing our ATS workflow for 30% faster placements
- Present data-driven recruitment metrics to leadership quarterly
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with 80%+ placement success rate
- Expert knowledge of Silicon Valley compensation benchmarks and LA tech market dynamics
- Proven ability to close candidates with competing offers
- Advanced proficiency in Lever, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn ATS
- Strong technical understanding to assess engineering talent
- Track record of building talent pipelines for unicorn startups
- BA/BS in HR, Business, or related technical field
