Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including IT, Engineering, and Accounting.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter) to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Manage client relationships to understand staffing needs and deliver high-quality candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct technical interviews, including phone screens and on-site meetings.
- Track candidate metrics and provide weekly performance reports to management.
- Navigate complex employment law requirements within the state of Virginia.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn.
- Strong network within the Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads tech community.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
