Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches and niche tech communities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Develop strategic hiring plans with clients while maintaining 95% fill rate targets
- Optimize ATS workflows to reduce time-to-hire by 30%
- Mentor junior recruiters and implement innovative sourcing techniques
- Analyze market trends to provide compensation benchmarking insights
- Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of pre-vetted technical talent
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/AI/FinTech focus
- Proven track record placing engineers at Series B+ companies
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM tools
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and cloud technologies
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant certifications (CPSM, CTS) or equivalent experience
- Portfolio showcasing 50+ successful placements in the past 2 years
