Responsibilities
- Source and engage specialized tech talent across full-stack development, data engineering, and DevOps roles
- Leverage Boolean strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms to build diverse candidate pipelines
- Conduct technical phone screens and behavioral assessments with precision
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and market positioning
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes while maintaining 95% candidate satisfaction scores
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to optimize compensation strategies
- Maintain compliance with EEO regulations and ATS best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in engineering placements
