Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies including LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments for mid-to-senior level positions
- Manage client relationships and recruitment KPIs with 95% fill rate targets
- Lead diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive sourcing campaigns
- Maintain ATS data integrity and optimize recruitment workflows
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with staffing agencies or tech companies
- Proven track record placing specialized IT roles (Java, Python, AWS, ML/AI)
- Expert knowledge of Detroit's tech ecosystem and talent market
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Strong technical acumen to evaluate engineering competencies
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions
