Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary-to-hire and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct skills assessments and background verifications
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide candidate feedback
- Manage candidate pipeline in ATS system with 98% data accuracy
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and placement follow-ups
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing/recruitment experience preferred
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid DC driver's license for client site visits
- Strong attention to detail with placement documentation
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for candidate interviews
