Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of technical recruiting, from identifying talent to extending offers.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Negotiate salary and contract terms with candidates to ensure successful placements.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market salary data.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing, preferably within the Boston market.
- Demonstrated success in filling hard-to-fill technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
