Responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end recruitment for software engineering roles across Georgia's tech hub
- Leverage Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates
- Develop deep client relationships to understand technical requirements and company culture
- Lead interview processes and provide strategic hiring recommendations
- Maintain 95% offer acceptance rate through exceptional candidate experience
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring funnel efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with SaaS/FinTech clients
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment for software engineers and data scientists
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually
- Advanced knowledge of Georgia's tech ecosystem (ATL, Athens, Savannah)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
