As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be the bridge between our clients' needs and the talent that powers their success. You will leverage cutting-edge sourcing techniques to identify, engage, and place exceptional candidates.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions including Software Engineers, DevOps, and Data Scientists.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Manage a diverse pipeline of candidates and maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical staffing or recruiting.
- Deep understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and modern tech stacks.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles within tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding monthly placement targets.
