- Source and engage top-tier software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Conduct technical interviews and collaborate with hiring managers on assessments
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and close candidates
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/FinTech clients
- Expert knowledge of Tampa's tech talent ecosystem
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Lever preferred)
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually
- Technical aptitude to evaluate engineering candidates
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
