Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche developer communities
- Full-cycle recruitment: screening, technical interviews, and offer negotiation
- Manage 15+ concurrent technical roles across AI, DevOps, and SaaS domains
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies using Boolean search and ATS automation
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Implement diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive sourcing practices
- Track KPIs: time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and candidate satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in SaaS or hardware sectors
- Expertise in GitHub sourcing and technical assessment frameworks
- Proven success placing senior-level engineers (Staff+ IC roles)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Excellent stakeholder management with engineering leadership
- BA/BS degree in Technical field or equivalent experience
- Staffing agency or in-house tech recruitment background required
