Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates in night shift positions across Memphis
- Manage end-to-end staffing operations for healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing clients
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Coordinate with clients to understand staffing needs and match candidates to roles
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and documentation in our ATS system
- Provide 24/7 support to placed candidates and client supervisors
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety protocols for night shift workers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years recruitment or staffing experience (night shift preferred)
- Strong understanding of Memphis's industrial and healthcare sectors
- Exceptional communication skills for overnight client/candidate interactions
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions during unsupervised shifts
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work rotating overnight schedules (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma; HR certification or bachelor's degree preferred
