Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates through advanced sourcing strategies and networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Develop deep client partnerships to understand hiring needs and market trends
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to ensure candidate competency alignment
- Optimize recruitment processes using our proprietary ATS and CRM systems
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or enterprise tech companies
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find engineering talent across multiple technologies
- Proven track record of closing 20+ placements annually
- Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub sourcing
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, React, AWS, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- ATS certification preferred (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
