Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging top-tier software engineers and IT professionals across PA
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for permanent and contract technical roles
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche platforms
- Conducting technical interviews and skill assessments with precision
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Analyzing market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in PA market
- Proven success placing software developers, DevOps, and data scientists
- Expert knowledge of ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever preferred)
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages and cloud technologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
