Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists through proactive outreach
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-stakes technical roles at client companies
- Leverage Boolean search strategies and niche platforms to build exclusive talent pipelines
- Collaborate with clients to define technical requirements and craft compelling job narratives
- Manage candidate relationships from initial screening to offer acceptance
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven placement metrics
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via GitHub, Stack Overflow, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM systems
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies and tech stacks
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
