Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineers, DevOps specialists, and data scientists across Georgia
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer negotiation
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with 15+ Atlanta-based tech firms
- Lead recruitment marketing initiatives including tech meetups and employer branding campaigns
- Maintain ATS data integrity and generate actionable recruitment analytics
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with SaaS or enterprise clients
- Expert knowledge of Georgia's tech talent landscape (Atlanta, Savannah, Augusta)
- Proven track record placing senior-level engineers and cloud architects
- Advanced ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong technical understanding of full-stack, mobile, and cloud technologies
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
