Responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end recruitment cycles for high-demand tech roles (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps)
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through targeted sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with clients to define hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Lead negotiation discussions and manage offer processes to secure top talent
- Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to clients on compensation benchmarks
- Maintain CRM data and ensure compliance with recruitment best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience with a proven track record in Portland's tech sector
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate engineering skills and understand complex roles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport across all levels
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful placements at companies like Intel, Nike, or AWS
