Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across tech stack (Python, Java, React, AWS, etc.) using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, technical assessments, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Develop deep client relationships through quarterly business reviews and talent pipeline strategy sessions
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive salary benchmarks and hiring insights
- Optimize ATS workflows and implement data-driven recruitment metrics
- Mentor junior recruiters on technical evaluation techniques and diversity sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in Portland's tech market
- Expertise in sourcing specialized roles (DevOps, Data Science, Cloud Engineering)
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise-level ATS platforms
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technical interview processes
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Demonstrated ability to close candidates in competitive Portland market
- Experience with diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive sourcing practices
