Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift positions across industries
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with weekend applicants
- Manage candidate onboarding and documentation for weekend assignments
- Coordinate with clients to fill urgent weekend staffing gaps
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and staffing records
- Resolve staffing issues and provide weekend support to field teams
- Track key performance metrics and report weekly to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during candidate assessments
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Basic knowledge of Oklahoma labor regulations
