Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Conducting virtual and in-person interviews with precision
- Building/maintaining relationships with local hiring managers
- Managing applicant tracking system (ATS) with 99% accuracy
- Creating compelling job postings for multiple platforms
- Onboarding new hires with seamless documentation
- Analyzing recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience preferred
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Arizona driver's license for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse)
